One-Piece Cast Iron, Not Plastic

Molded as a single rigid casting — no flex, no wobble, no plastic fatigue. The black powder-coated finish resists rust and glue spills, and the weighted C-stand stays put while you work.

3 Vanes at 120° or 4 Vanes at 90°

The indexed dial clicks between CP 120°, 90°/180° and RC 120° — no measuring, no trial and error. Run 3 vanes for speed, or 4 vanes for wind-stable hunting arrows.

This model ships with a straight clamp. It's optimized for straight fletching on hunting and target arrows up to 6-inch vanes. If you need helical, check our green plastic jig.

Can I use it for crossbow bolts?

Yes. The shaft channel accepts diameters up to 8.80 mm, which covers most crossbow bolts and standard vertical bow arrows.

Is it suitable for beginners?
